Ultra-thin Wall Carbon Tubes
Spread Tow Fabrics (STF) outperform conventional fabrics by decreasing tow thickness and crimp. This produces a thinner laminate with higher fiber to resin ratios. In the end, this means that our components are stronger and lighter, inherently by the design of the fabric. The smallest tube wall thickness we produce is less than 0.020" (0.5mm) thick!
These tubes are roll-wrapped on a mandrel so we can optimize the fiber orientation in each layer — from 0° to 90° — specific to your structural requirements. Contact us today to get carbon tubes for your application:
